The following are links to videos, documents or Masonic sites for those who want to find out more about Freemasonry.

There are two links to the ABC "Good Morning America" program about Freemasonry; one for an article and the other for a video clip.   You will notice two things.  In the article, the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite is not the national headquarters of Freemasonry.  The link at the bottom of the article says: 

        The link takes you to the webpage for the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite (it is called the "southern" jurisdiction because there is a "northern" jurisdiction, so how can it be the national headquarters??).  Unfortunately, this type of reporting confuses the issue of Grand Lodge autonomy and only provides further ammunition to those who believe Masonry is a "national conspiracy".

         Second, on the video from the show, note the caption at the bottom of the screen:

                            "Is a mysterious organization for men plotting a government takeover?"

      Ladies and gentlemen, this type of sensationalism to get viewers to watch their show only raises the question as to the credibility of today's national media.
